FAQs
Why wouldn't I hire a full-time scrum master? Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level scrum master now exceeds $130,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your project manager when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many people can be in my scrum teams? Scrum teams have a maximum size of 10. We're happy to train your full organization on scrum, though active management of scrum teams takes signifcant ongoing effort so we have two convenient offerings based on how many teams we will launch.
Who are the project managers? All work is completed by certified scrum masters and certified project management professionals with 10+ years of project management experience who pass rigorous entrance exams before working with you validating their skill, professionalism, and integrity. You will be assigned a dedicated PM that you approve. You have full authority to request a different PM if yours isn't a perfect fit.
How does the pause feature work? We understand you may not have enough project work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two project requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What if I don't like the products? No worries, we'll continue to revise the work until you're 100% satisfied.
What if I only need sporadic help? That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional project needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service? Yes! Your satisfaction is #1 so we'll work with you to revise our approach if you're not happy but if that isn't a fix we will gladly refund the prorated amount for the month. It's critical to us you're happy, so we guarantee it!
